Reservations are taken on a first come, first served basis, upon payment of deposit

Terms and conditions, cancellation policy
Check-in is 5 pm – 7 pm
If you require a later check-in, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Check-out 10 am
While the checkout time of 10 am is firm, we can store your bags and equipment for a few hours for you, if your transportation leaves later in the day. Any bags, belongings and/or equipment in storage are left at the owner’s risk.
Booking and Cancellation Policy
*A 25% deposit is required at time of booking; balance due 45 days prior to arrival. Payments accepted by Visa or cash, traveler’s cheques or bank draft. Personal cheques cannot be accepted. If deposit payment is made by Visa, your reservation can be confirmed the same day, as soon as Visa authorization is obtained. If an alternate arrangement is made for the deposit payment, your reservation will be confirmed as soon as the payment is received in our office.
Cancellation: If a cancellation is made 30 or more days prior to arrival date, no charges will apply and deposit will be refunded in full using the same method that was used for the deposit payment.
If a cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival date, your deposit will not be returned.
Liability
Beavertail Lodge accepts no responsibility for provisions made for any winter sport provided by Fernie Alpine Resorts or any other service provider, or for any effect that inclement weather conditions may have on your visit.
Beavertail Lodge accepts no liability for personal accident or injury to any person whilst on the premises or while being transported in the company vehicle or in any vehicle contracted by Beavertail Lodge.
All personal property is considered in the safekeeping of the owner and we accept no liability or lost, stolen or broken belongings.
Beavertail Lodge accepts no liability for any injury, accident or death which occurs whilst skiing, snowboarding or participating in any other sport or activity at Fernie Alpine Resort or while using ski lifts.
