Welcome to Beavertail Lodge, located at the heart of the Canadian Rocky Mountains at Fernie Alpine Resort.  Fernie is situated three hours south of Calgary, and just one hour from Cranbrook Regional Airport and Kimberley Alpine Resort.  Your hosts are hospitality professionals who have created a haven of warmth and comfort with the very best in fine dining in this traditional Canadian home overlooking the stunning Lizard Range.  Brett has over ten years experience cooking in the best restaurants, hotels and resorts around the world and has sourced the finest quality local produce, much of which is organic, to bring to the table. Exceptional dining is the focus of our service, and you will enjoy a wide range of tempting flavours and imaginative cooking styles, presented to the highest standard throughout your stay.  Our open kitchen will allow you to watch as your meal is prepared from scratch; you might even pick up a few tips!

Facilities include a hot tub, internet access, large open plan living and dining, log fires and panoramic mountain views in addition to the six en-suite guest rooms.  The award winning slopes are just a short ride away in the Lodge shuttle each morning and you can even ski or board right back to the door at the end of the day.   We look forward to welcoming you to Beavertail Lodge, and will do everything we can to ensure you enjoy the holiday of your dreams.  The property is non-smoking throughout.
